Frequently asked questions

As with our pool enclosures, we have a simple philosophy for pergolas: "Nothing replaces aluminum." This means our profile system is truly robust, gutters have double walls, and the load-bearing elements are designed to withstand even demanding conditions.

Outside the Czech Republic, to minimize costs, we deliver our pergolas with instructions for easy installation. Because it's a system solution, everything fits together perfectly and assembly is very quick and intuitive. Of course we can also offer installation, but for cost reasons we recommend self-installation.

Our pergolas use thick-walled profiles. If electrically operated, we use top-quality electrical components from Somfy. We minimize maintenance and service costs by using premium solutions. Simply wash the pergola with water before the season; no other regular care is required.

In theory, yes. But we always try to find the most economical solution. It depends on distance and the legal requirements in the given country. For longer distances we deliver the product with instructions, or we can arrange installation through our local partner near you.

Our pergolas are built from thick‑walled aluminum profiles and high‑quality components (e.g., Somfy for electrical parts). With normal use and basic seasonal cleaning, expected lifespan is 20+ years. Regular inspections and prompt repair of any mechanical/electrical faults will help reach or exceed this.
